Refund Policy — Guzhen LED Flood Light Factory

This policy provides general information about our B2B order cancellation, return, and refund process. The Proforma Invoice (PI) or written contract confirmed between both parties takes precedence over this general website policy in all cases.

1. B2B Scope

This Refund Policy applies to business-to-business (B2B) wholesale, distribution, and project supply orders placed with Zhongshan Guangtouqiang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., operating under the brand Guzhen LED Flood Light Factory.

It is not intended for retail consumer purchases. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights, obligations, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

The cancellation, return, claim, and refund conditions applicable to a specific order are governed by the Proforma Invoice or written contract confirmed between both parties.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after a Proforma Invoice or written order confirmation has been issued and acknowledged in writing by both parties.

Website product listings, preliminary quotations, inquiries, and purchase requests do not independently constitute a confirmed order.

Buyers should review and confirm all specifications, quantities, prices, freight, trade terms, and payment conditions before acknowledging the PI.

3. Cancellation Before Payment

A cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

If no payment has been received and no production, material procurement, customization, or other order-specific work has commenced, the buyer may request cancellation.

Cancellation becomes effective only after written confirmation from both parties. Any costs already authorized or incurred for the specific order will be handled according to the PI, contract, or a separate written agreement.

4. Cancellation After Payment but Before Production

If cancellation is requested after payment but before production begins, the available options may include an order amendment, partial refund, or full refund.

The outcome will be assessed individually according to costs already incurred, materials procured, and the documented stage of order processing. Any cancellation or refund arrangement must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

5. Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production, material procurement, customization, packaging preparation, or other order-specific work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

Any amount eligible for refund, if applicable, will be assessed according to the documented stage of work and costs already incurred and must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

No fixed deduction rate or predetermined cancellation charge applies under this general policy. The terms stated in the PI or contract govern.

6. Customized and OEM/ODM Orders

Orders involving customized specifications, OEM branding, custom packaging, or ODM development may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions because materials and production resources may be committed specifically for the buyer.

The exact cancellation and refund terms for a customized or OEM/ODM order must be stated in the PI or written contract.

Not all products are classified as customized by default. Whether an order is standard or customized will be specified in the PI.

7. Incorrect, Defective, Damaged, or Short-Shipped Goods

We aim to supply goods that conform to the specifications confirmed in the PI or written contract.

If goods are materially incorrect, defective, damaged in transit, or short-shipped relative to the confirmed order, the buyer should notify us in writing as promptly as practicable after discovery and provide reasonable supporting documentation.

Each claim will be assessed individually according to the documented facts, PI, contract, and applicable mandatory law.

8. Inspection and Claim Evidence

To support a claim, the buyer or appointed agent should:

• Inspect the shipment upon receipt
• Record visible damage or shortage on the carrier’s delivery documentation where practicable
• Retain relevant packaging and labels until the claim is resolved
• Provide written notice describing the issue
• Supply reasonable photographic or video evidence
• Provide the relevant order number, PI reference, and available shipment documents

The inspection period and claim submission terms applicable to a specific order will be stated in the PI or written contract.

Claims submitted without adequate supporting evidence may not be accepted.

9. Return Authorization

Goods must not be returned without prior written authorization from Zhongshan Guangtouqiang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.

A return request should include the order reference, PI number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence.

If a return is authorized, the return address, shipping method, responsibility for costs, and applicable timeline will be confirmed in writing. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

10. Available Remedies

Where a valid claim is confirmed in writing, possible remedies may include:

• Replacement of confirmed defective or incorrect units
• Supplementary shipment for a confirmed shortage
• Partial or full refund where agreed in writing

These are possible outcomes only. No remedy is guaranteed as the default result for every claim.

The appropriate remedy will be determined according to the documented facts and confirmed in writing by both parties, consistent with the PI or contract.

11. Freight, Customs Duties, and Bank Charges

Responsibility for return freight, customs duties, clearance charges, bank fees, and currency-conversion differences associated with a return or refund will be determined according to the confirmed cause of the claim and the terms of the PI or written contract.

These costs are not automatically assigned to either party under this general policy.

12. Refund Method and Processing

Where a refund is agreed in writing, it should normally be returned to the original remitting account or original payer, subject to bank, payment-provider, compliance, and identity-verification requirements.

Any exception requires enhanced verification and written agreement by both parties.

Refund timing, bank charges, and currency-conversion differences will be confirmed in the written refund agreement. No fixed refund-processing period is promised under this general policy.

13. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will generally not be accepted in the following situations:

• Goods conform to the confirmed specifications and have no verified defect, shortage, shipping damage, or other non-conformity attributable under the PI or contract
• Available evidence reasonably shows that the issue resulted from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable storage, or use outside the specifications confirmed in the PI or product documentation
• Normal wear and product aging consistent with confirmed product specifications
• Goods are returned without prior written authorization
• A claim is submitted without adequate supporting documentation
• The applicable claim period agreed in the PI or contract has passed

Nothing in this section prevents a buyer from submitting a properly documented claim for a latent or non-visible defect discovered within the inspection or claim terms agreed in the PI or contract.

14. Proforma Invoice and Contract Take Precedence

This Refund Policy provides general information only.

All terms applicable to an individual order, including cancellation conditions, inspection periods, claim procedures, return authorization, available remedies, and refund processing, are governed by the Proforma Invoice or written contract confirmed between Zhongshan Guangtouqiang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. and the buyer.

If this policy conflicts with a confirmed PI or contract, the PI or contract takes precedence for that specific order.
